Job Purpose
- To assist and support all aspects of financial and administration management and ensure that company policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports
- Assist in managing the month end financial closing process, AP and AR functions
- Preparing of reports and entering into accounting system
- Monthly reconciliation of all financial statements
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis when require to aid management in decision making
- Provide general clerical support, including scanning, photocopying, filing, receipt and distribution of mail and other general office duties
- Assist in general office operations duties when required
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by Superior
Other InformationRequirements
- Possesses a determined, motivated, ‘Can-Do’ work ethic
- Meticulous with an attention to detail
- Good communication skills and willing to help out in other areas
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Applicants must be living in Singapore at the time of application
