You will work in a team to process applications of electrical installations and workers' licenses; prepare and mail letters and license cards to licensed workers and consumers; attend to phone calls and reply email enquiries; assist customer at internet kiosk at EMA office; maintain and update the registry records; co-ordinate procurement of goods and services for the Branch; prepare management reports; and perform any other admin duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably Diploma in Business/Marketing or related Engineering discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Remuneration and appointment will commensurate with qualifications and experience. All new appointments will be offered on contract basis.
