Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and record customer survey data. 
- Consolidate data from project and tabulate survey statistics. 
- Administer project documentation and drawings 
- Generate training certificates and keeping of training records 
- Project data compilation & report generation 
- Co-ordinate and track project item delivery 
- Interface between engineers and other teams for administrative tasks 
- Filing and documentation of documents 
- Compile project accessory buying list 
- Support data entry - SAP and technical database 
- Support head of department in generating reports 
- Management of office facilities and supplies 
- Other administrative work as and when required. 
 Requirements:
 Min GCE 'A' levels or Diploma in Business Administration
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar job capacity. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp Excel) 
- Good command of written and spoken English 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills 
- Able to multi-task and have good time management
