• Monitoring of Bosch Service networks' Key Performance Indicators in Asia Pacific Data analysis and reporting tool creation
• Assistance in the preparation for the annual regional convention for workshop concept managers
• Market research for workshop chains
• Assist in elaborating presentations for management
• Facilitate adoption of best practices in order to achieve countries' objectives
• Participate in IT related projects rolled out in Asia Pacific
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
