Job Description
Job Description:
- Actively involved in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
- Correspond with international counterparts
- Manage VIP visits and special tours
- Coordinate and produce a quarterly internal e-newsletter for Southeast Asia
- Support updates on the Bosch website and intranet
- Support the department for internal and external communication efforts
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Mass Communications, Marketing or other Humanities-related courses
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen interest in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
- Knowledge of design software and/or web programming is an added advantage (Photoshop, InDesign)
