• Actively involved in the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events
• Correspond with international counterparts
• Work with key media outlets for press coverage
• Manage VIP visits and special tours
• Coordinate and produce an internal e-newsletter for South-east Asia
• Support updates on the Bosch website and Intranet
• Planning and coordination of social media
• Support the department for internal and external communication efforts
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
  

• Enrolled in Mass Communications, Marketing or other Humanities-related courses
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
• Knowledge of design software and/or web programming is an added advantage (Photoshop, InDesign)
