As a HR Intern with Richemont Luxury, we want you to learn about HR in the business world, how we select for talents in the luxury industry and how manage the different expectations of the Maisons that we support. Our focus for you is on Talent Acquisition and HR Processes, but we want you to tell us what else can be done, improved and changed.
What you will be doing:
- Support the HR Team
- Support and eventually be directly involved in the Talent Acquisition process
- Maintain and update ELMS (E-Leave Mgmt System)
- Administrative duties that support HR Processes
- Ad hoc Projects
So if you are keen on our HR Internship, have a good knack on communicating and handling people, good at paperwork, possess work experience in a related field or education in a related field and able to start in March 2012 on a full time basis for minimum 4 months, email us a detailed CV.
