Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Selection
To Coordinate interview appointment between candidate / recruitment agency and interviewer
To assist in the conducting of interviews for junior-level boutique sales representative positions
Support in administrative operations for Talent Acquisition – preparation of Letter of Appointment, reference checks, opening of P-file, document collection.
HRIS
To issue letters (letters of appointment, adjustment, promotion letters and certifications)
To monitor leave application through e-leave system
Training
To identify the training needs and suggest relevant courses
Others
To maintain proper filling.
To verify MCs
To check “letter box” every 2 days
Fruits Day – to escort Vendor around
To assist any special projects – policy making, CSR, recruitment initiatives
To carry other ad hoc to duties assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Good spoken / written English is essential
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTAINMENTS
• Diploma (currently pursuing) and above preferred
• Students majoring in HR or pursuing business management (or other relevant disciplines) studies are preferred
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Self - confident
• Enthusiastic
• Diligent and willing to learn
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details, meticulous
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hands-on, well organised and able to multi-task
