The Financial Planning & Analyst Assisant is to support the team in daily management reporting, budgeting and analyzing.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for periodical financial reporting
• Implement standard reporting template across brands
• Facilitate data extraction and support ad-hoc brand analysis
Drive for reporting accuracy and data integrity
• Understanding of data structure and reporting hierarchy
• Provide support to the FA team if any data error and resolve root causeOptimize reporting process
• Analyze current reporting process and search for slim options
• Work closely with regional Asia reporting or IT for process optimisationRequirements:
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel & Excel Macro
• Good understanding of financial reporting and business KPIs
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Attentive to details, analytical
• Diploma and above preferred
• Students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Business management (or other relevant disciplines)are preferred
• Must be able to commit at least 4-6 months
