We are now looking for an intern to assist in the retail department of Jaeger-LeCoultre.
MAIN PURPOSE
Manage the planning, strategy design & execution of customers service operational process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility
· Manage all client extractions, campaigns and reporting on CRM Program:
- Events
- Mailings
- Emailing campaigns
- Birthdays-Anniversary
- sending extracted list to boutiques for boutiques to send cards to clients
- sending of letters & compilation of result
- Marketing requests
Key responsibility
· Develop CRM action plans for boutiques
Key responsibility
· Generating of Reports
- CRM one-page report and strategic plan
Key responsibility
· Maintenance of customers contact cards
- Clean-up of data (correction & duplication)
Key responsibility
· Contact centre
- Main contact person
- Liaise and follow up with respective departments on complaints or issues from contact centre
- Mailing of catalogues
Key responsibility
· CRM Gifts & Tools Ordering and consolidating orders from all relevant departments.
Key responsibility
· Support Retail Manager in all aspects of operational Retail operations, mainly:
- Regional CRM actions
- Regional boutique management (Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, Thailand)
