Job Description
Accounts Assistant (Contract)
Job Descriptions:
- Retail back office function by sending monthly retail discount, deposit, refund, credit note etc. to brands - to ensure brands’ policies & procedures compliance for Discounts/Gifts, Returns & Refunds, Client’s Deposit etc.;
- To monitor and review the internal boutiques compliance procedures, which including regional HQ findings and propose procedures to overcome the control weaknesses;
- AD-hoc reports/schedule/projects upon request;
- Customer Account Maintenance;
- Preliminary works for New boutique opening/ internalization boutiques;
- South Asia (SA) support whenever needed – Thailand and Malaysia.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a recognized Diploma in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
- Inexperience candidates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 – 2 years in a related role.
- Have a strong sense of commitment, teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Initiative & proactiveness
- Multitasking skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
- Singaporeans only
Kindly note that this position is on a contractual basis for 1.5 years.
Renewal of contract or convertible to permanent is subjected to Business needs and individual's performance.
