Reporting to the Event Director
An individual ideally with past events experience or studying in the course or events field. Someone who is passionate about learning and growing with our team.
- conversion to full time role is a possibility.
Design experience with Adobe/Indesign/Photoshop would be a bonus.
Your task will be to support the events department with tasks on a project basis.
Duties:
Liaising with vendors/contractors/suppliers
sourcing for quotations
assisting for events setup, actual event, tear down
data entry
cold calling
working on artwork for proposals/quotations
Required for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred)
