- Job Description
Reporting to the Event Director
An individual ideally with past events experience or studying in the course or events field.
Design experience with Adobe/Indesign/Photoshop would be a bonus.
Your task will be to support the events department with tasks on a project basis.
Duties:
Liaising with vendors/contractors/suppliers
sourcing for quotations
assisting for events setup, actual event, tear down
data entry
cold calling
working on artwork for proposals/quotations
Required for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred)
