- Job Description
- Responsibilities provide IT assistance and support to end users, (desktop, laptops, printers, video conference support system and etc. )
- Servicing of computer / laptop or printers. Handle users enquiries. Backend support . Basic troubleshooting.
- Setup and troubleshooting of network and communication system
- Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair remotely if needed. Perform day to day LAN, WAN and network security implementation and project delivery.
