Roles and Responsibilities:
· Sales Order processing
· Coordinate with the 3PL on the pick / pack activities
· Manage Customer enquiry related to delivery status
· Ensuring products are delivered at the end destination
· Creation of PO into the system
Requirements:
· At least Diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of working experience in customer service related field
· Proficient in Microsoft Application (esp MS Excel)
· Good communication and customer relationship skills
· Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics preferred.
· Positive attitude and willing to learn
· Good Analytical mind and planning skills
· reliable and able to work independently
