Job Description
• Full time position. Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.
• Inventory management including weekly stock take, processing and packing orders, purchasing order, organization and labeling of goods
• Accounting and will be trained with use of MYOB
• Customer Service to handle enquiries, orders, phone calls, walk-in appointments.
Will need to be willing to learn and preferably interested in fitness and nutrition products
• May be involved in organizing events and roadshows as directed by Reporting Mgr
• Marketing - handle and manages social networking sites, blog, newsletter, catalogue and sponsorship of events
• Administration - handles paperwork with regards to lease rental, utility, stationery purchasing, freight and flights, liaison with suppliers and vendors
