PrIME Biologics Pte Ltd is a Singapore based biotech company that is building a plasma fractionation facility in Singapore to address the US$1b Asian Therapeutic Plasma products market. The Company has developed a disposable procedure for the processing of plasma proteins. PrIME Biologics’ process is based on the Preparative Isolation by Membrane Electrophoresis (PrIME) technology.
· Carry out GMP activities according to required work specification, quality and safety standards
· Operations of autoclaves and other equipment/instrument
· Ensure all equipment is maintained clean, meeting highest sanitary standards
· Perform routine maintenance on process/equipment/plant facilities
· Escalate issues encountered with equipment or processes
· Support process improvement efforts
· Assists in doing 5S ( "sort", "straighten", "shine", "standardize", and "sustain") in manufacturing floor
· Printing of products labels used in manufacturing
· Putting up safety posters and process signage when necessary
· Stock Production facility with consumables and ensure sufficient supply
· Work with janitorial staff to support the sanitation of Production facility
· Ensure locker rooms and gowning areas are stocked with appropriate sizes and amounts of clean scrubs and coveralls
· Worked with laundry vendors for collection of used laundry and receiving washed laundry every week
· Change sticky mats on regular basis
· Waste removal from the plant facilities
· Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager
