PrIME Biologics Pte Ltd – Logistics Assistant

PrIME Biologics is a Singapore based biotech company building a plasma fractionation facility to address the US$1b Asian Therapeutic Plasma products market.

PrIME Biologics is a startup and as such the successful candidate must be prepared to be hands-on in all aspects of this role. You will be working in a small team environment with the single focus of helping the Company achieve its funding milestones. Whilst this will be a challenging role, you will be working with a dedicated group whose overall goal is to make novel first line life-saving therapeutic products for the Singapore and Asian markets.

• Manually updating and data entry to maintain inventory level to ensure timely availability of products

• Coordinating and assisting the entire process of goods movement  to/from the warehouse

• Ability to multi-task through effective prioritization

• Maintaining and updating of files for  purchase orders, reports, and documents

• Work with the busy team to meet deadlines based on production deadlines

• Undertake office administration and logistics function

• Must volunteer to assist other staff members in urgent needs.

• Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager
