PrIME Biologics is a startup and as such the successful candidate must be prepared to be hands-on in all aspects of this role. You will be working in a small team environment with the single focus of helping the Company achieve its funding milestones. Whilst this will be a challenging role, you will be working with a dedicated group whose overall goal is to make novel first line life-saving therapeutic products for the Singapore and Asian markets.

Job Description
General Ledger (G/L)
- Coding and data entry of all payment transactions.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation for bank accounts.
Cost Accounting/Inventory Management
- Assist in the setting up of review by products and report on deviation to production schedule/BOM.
- Assist in cost accounting duties such as standard cost updates, month end closing and variance analysis
- All other costing activities, tracking and reports.
Management Accounting
- Assists business partners in managing cost and expense performance, including support expense accrual and cost center expense analysis and perform cost recovery.
Support Accounting Activities
- Support month end close activities in compliance with accounting policies and work process
- Provide ad hoc support when needed, including in the area of data extraction and consolidation.
- Includes other ad hoc matters such as attending to auditors, assist Finance Senior Director in forecast and budget.
