- Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist franchise business department in day-to-say tasks and support partners from all over Asia.- Reporting of sales information, preparing and distributing monthly reports.- Compiling data for presentation; prepare presentation formats and materials.- Communicate product and event information, follow-up and reminders.- Assist in the organisation, set-up and follow-up of company events and conferences.- Assisting in the online store operations and generating sales report.Requirements:To be successful in this role you should have the following:- Knowledge of MS Office is highly regarded.- Experience in providing administrative support.- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the description above.Duration: Minimum 6 months, full-time.
