For the past year, we have embarked on some projects to improve our human resource capability, partnering with professional HR consultants to develop HR systems and policies to better motivate and enable our team to excel in their work.

• A performance management system which provides:
o a clear and objective basis of assessing the performance of our team

Job Description
Our company invested in a new e-commerce website - www.TripFren.com
This is an online travel porter with XML and API, developed over 2 years through an overseas IT company.
The site is now delivered to us; therefore we need someone suitable to help on the initial changes needed and do up-keeping using a CMS http://docs.orchardproject.net/
Required to work about 15 hours a week in our office (work from home is not acceptable).
The weekly hours are flexible, at any time and on any day during our office opening hours:
Mon to Fri 09:30am to 07:00pm Sat 09:30am to 04:00pm
Remuneration : SGD18 per hour
Benefits : CPF and Travel
Knowledge of Joomla will get paid bonus for our non-XML website www.pinnacle-travel.com
