Job Description
To assist in the Operations - Equities job duties including:
Nominees Duties:
- Monitoring and adjusting of securities entitlements during corporate actions
- Generating credit note, cheques and interest payments
- Notifying clients on Corporate actions issues
Share Transfer Duties:
- Handle enquiries on share transfers and deposition
- Liaise with counter-parties and foreign brokers on share transfers
- Reconciliation of shares positions with foreign brokers
Requirements:
- Students from disciplines in Business, Finance or IT
- Proficient in MS Office applications
