Assist HR consultants in search assignments by sourcing candidates on different databases and job boards; Writing and posting advertisement online.
Conduct interviews on behalf of the Client.
Ensure job description for each position and related manpower requisitions are correct.
Maintenance of job postings on the company web site.
Recording CVs in a Database
Reference checking of the job candidates
Generate target and long list and identify potential candidates and subsequently qualify them through phone and face-to-face interviews.
Prepare candidate profiles and arrange interviews with clients.
Marketing and communication: Organise events and manage marketing materials.
Manage Payroll, Visa application, training and logistic matters for both offshore and onshore personnel.
Client mapping, Benchmark and market analyses
Assist to Preparing tender offer and answering to client tender
Requirements:
You should have at least 1 years of working experience in related field.
Min. Education Level : degree
Possess strong technical acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates; excellent candidate assessment skills.
Organisation / Administrative management skills
Communication skills
Language : French/ English fluent, Verbal and Writing skills
Good business acumen, highly initiative and able to work in a team;
Possess good energy level and willingness to learn, and teamwork spirit
