			Job Description
				
Your Task
Handling orders follow-up for import/export shipments (both air/sea freight)
Perform customer service activities, attending to customers' enquiries and compaints
Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments
Working closely with Sales and Operations divisions
Co-ordinate between internal offices/agents & clients for orders follow-up via ocean/air import & export
Handling of crosstrade shipments
Doing bookings of shipments
Preparing documentations such as permits, bill of landing, billings and pre-alert docs to agents
Arranging custom clearance for customers and door delivery services
Requirements
Applicants must have minimum 'O' Levels qualifications
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking clients and associates
Singaporeans OR Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding
