Partnership Marketing – Merchant Content Co-ordinator

To support the set up of new merchants and their accounts through completion of a template that will list products for sale through the iRedeem platform. Reporting to the eCommerce Sales Manager

To provide support for merchants in completing the set up template, entering product and pricing information where required

To check all information imported from the set up template to ensure all content is appropriate for the web shop

To manage and upload all merchant assets such as logos and product images

To ensure that translated copy is sourced through the merchant or via a translation company

To format information on promotional products to be used in email marketing and within the web shop

To manage and collate merchant agreements, ensuring all details are updated in Salesforce

Good inter-personal skills, confident to liaise with merchants in multiple industry sectors and markets to explain the requirements to set up their accounts

Meticulous attention to detail and methodical nature to carefully enter and check all information before it is published in a live environment

Well organised with the ability to prioritise and take initiative

Excellent communication in English. A second language is a plus
