• Ensure customers are acknowledged immediately when walking into the store;
• Ensure all directions from the Store Manager and Supervisor are adhered to;
• Ensure all store operational procedures are strictly adhered to;
• To build relationship and actively communicate with the VIP customers of the store;
• To solicit feedback from customers and share this feedback with appropriate people
