Job Role:
- Engage customer in an interaction to identify their needs.
- Assist customers using consultative and strategic selling skills to achieve sales target.
- Passionate in delivering outstanding customer service and exhibiting product knowledge and expertise.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
Full-Time/Part-Time positions available.
Working Location: High end shopping mall at Orchard RoadPay Package:
- Full-Time: Basic + Benefits + High commission + Yearly Incentive
- Part time staff: Hourly rate + High commission
Candidates with great potential will be groomed for position of Store Manager or Corporate Sales Manager
QualificationsOther InformationRequirements:
- Relevant experience in retail industry would be an advantage.
- No experience but willing to learn candidates are welcomed.
- Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality and good selling skills.
- Able to work retail hours (ie. shift work, public holidays and weekends).
- Driven to achieve monthly sales target.
- Candidates with a great customer attitude will be preferred over others.
- Full-Time/Part-Time positions available
