Open Business Solutions Pte Ltd – Technical Deployment Analyst – Intern

Open Business Solutions is a cloud-based ERP provider located in Singapore. We create and provide customization solutions perfectly tailored for each of our customer’s requirements.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Deployment Manager, you would be-

·         Responsible for equipment staging and configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade regression testing, create user how-to documentation and provide input on systems architecture

·         Work with client relationship officers to create solutions to evolve the application deployment processes

·         Provide L1 support or escalate to the L2/L3 support teams

·         Ability to convert the customized requirements into technical language

Requirements:

·         Final year students; preferably in technology field of study

·         Skills essential for this role: JavaScript, CSS, Python, HTML (need to have conceptual knowledge)

·         Interested in developing problem solving skills - collaboratively identify potential solutions and effectively communicate benefits
