Open Business Solutions is a cloud-based ERP provider located in Singapore. We create and provide customization solutions perfectly tailored for each of our customer’s requirements.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Deployment Manager, you would be-

·         Analysing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems

·         Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data centre environments

·         Performing routine audits of systems and software

·         Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes

·         Installing and configuring new hardware and software

·         Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.

·         Answering technical queries and assisting users

·         Responsibility for security

·         Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system

·         Troubleshooting any reported problems

·         System performance tuning

·         Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running

·         Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems

Requirement:

·         Final year students; preferably in technology field of study

·         Skills essential for this role: Linux, VoIP (need to have conceptual knowledge)

·         Familiarity with SQL, SDLC methodologies, Excel, Word, and relational databases

·         Interested in developing problem solving skills - collaboratively identify potential solutions and effectively communicate benefits

·         Ability to convert technical data to business logic
