Job Description

I. Consumer Survey & Market Intelligence

·   Conduct consumer research (face to face, online and focus group)

·   Gather brand information – FreshKon® and competitors’ (from retail ground) – new product launch, new campaigns, promotion, etc.

·   Gathering feedback on promotion mechanic/activities and competitors’ promo response

·   Trade survey

II. Support Online and Digital Marketing Activities

·   Support online and digital marketing activities planning, execution, tracking and reporting

III. Marketing Campaigns/Activities Support

·   Support the planning, execution, tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns/activities

IV.  Marketing Administration & Operation

·   Operation of marketing administration (e.g. preparing vouchers, membership kits, lenses requisition & redemption, data compilation and tabulation, sorting and tracking of marketing materials, contacting respondents/winners and etc.)

V. Sales Administration & Operation

Operation of sales administration and sales support functions
