- - Provide administrative and HR support to ensure company operations are maintained in an efficient orderly manner.
- - Monthly Inventory Stock Taking for office stationary and pantry items
- - Support in coordination of interviews with shortlisted candidates
- - Verification of documents with interviewee
- - Assist in part time employees’ timesheet collection and validation.
- - Track & support on weekly Staff Purchase & Staff Entitlement
- - Assist in data entry and filing administrations
- - Assist and coordinate with external parties on HR and admin related matters
- - Review and update of information of agency contract
- - Other adhoc duties as assigned
