- Provide administrative and HR support to ensure company operations are maintained in an efficient orderly manner.
- Monthly Inventory Stock Taking for office stationary and pantry items
- Support in coordination of interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Verification of documents with interviewee
- Assist in part time employees’ timesheet collection and validation.
- Track & support on weekly Staff Purchase & Staff Entitlement
- Assist in data entry and filing administrations
- Assist and coordinate with external parties on HR and admin related matters
- Review and update of information of agency contract
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
