Job Description
  • Handling of customer enquiries on product, order and delivery status;
  • Ensure customer’s orders that received through incoming telephone calls and faxes are processed on daily basis;
  • Handling of customer complaints and follow-up with the disposition actions;
  • Prepare and coordinate Roadshow arrangement and ensure Roadshow set are delivered on time;
  • Follow-up on billing after Roadshow set being returned and sorted;
  • Ensure orders are delivered with proper documents, e.g. One-to-one exchange, Billable, FOC replacement etc.
  • Work closely with Sales or Finance Department on invoicing matters;
  • Work closely with warehouse/ logistic team to ensure daily order fulfilment are met;
  • Work closely with 3PL service provider in handling of delivery matters;
  • Provide support to local sales team in handling of customer related matters whenever are needed;
  • Establish good rapport with customers
