Job Description

·       Handling of customer enquiries on product, order and delivery status;

·       Ensure customer’s orders that received through incoming telephone calls and faxes are processed on daily basis;

·       Handling of customer complaints and follow-up with the disposition actions;

·       Prepare and coordinate Roadshow arrangement and ensure Roadshow set are delivered on time;

·       Follow-up on billing after Roadshow set being returned and sorted;

·       Ensure orders are delivered with proper documents, e.g. One-to-one exchange, Billable, FOC replacement etc.

·       Work closely with Sales or Finance Department on invoicing matters;

·       Work closely with warehouse/ logistic team to ensure daily order fulfilment are met;

·       Work closely with 3PL service provider in handling of delivery matters;

·       Provide support to local sales team in handling of customer related matters whenever are needed;

·       Establish good rapport with customers

·       Other adhoc duties as assigned
