Responsibilities : General Responsibilities Maintain issues list. Logistics ops log list Issue logs Monthly Reporting Support Coordinate hubs for monthly hub management analysis report Run preliminary reporting. Assist in preparation of QBRs and ad hoc reports A/R Management Perform billing verification. Escalate discrepancies to subject branches. Nvidia Internal Support SAP system input. Potentially play goods issues/receipts in SAP. Update OEM web based inbound supply portals (efox liteweb etc). Coordinate generation of ASN's as required. Hub Admin Support Timely generation/issue of product profiles to VMI hubs, to ensure that Hub WMS systems are set up to receive new products. Generation of hub metrics Excess, Obsolete, Aging, Inventory Turns Support in compiling QBR (Quarterly Business Review) metrics/presentations Adhoc analysis for process improvement initiatives. Adhoc SAP reporting SAP carrier Maintenance General support and ad hoc project's support of Regional Distribution Teams as required. Minimum Requirements : Fulltime Year 2 University student in HK
