- Responsibilities:An Assistant Sales Manager needs to oversee a team of designers and marketers and is responsible for all online activities. This includes organizing promotions, working with shipping companies to reduce transportation costs and making advertising decisions. Web maintenance and troubleshooting are also ongoing for a website. Keeping your retail site updated for new mobile and computer notebooks is important to existing and potential customers.Constantly update and works with the top management of a retail outlet to determine the parameters of a company's online presence.It is important for the manager to have a grasp of Web design software to properly critique and advise the team. The Ecommerce Assistant Sales Manager needs a strong understanding of Web analytic software that tracks the success of each site.The manager has to decide the order that Web searches appear in and must understand these small changes that can be imperceptible to Web consumers yet make large changes in the success of a site.Requirements:
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in ecommerce management, sales marketing and good experience handling social media, web marketing, Google search words, SEO
- A positive, resourceful individual with good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running with team of staff
- Excellent problem solving and change management skills displaying independent judgment, initiative and creativity
- Able to commit long hours and to the demands of the nature of the job
