Job Description
1. Position
In the context of team expansion, NEURONES-IT Asia is currently looking for a dynamic and highly competent IT Support Level 1 to join our fast-growing team.
The IT Support L1 will play a vital role in our account's service operations. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager in Singapore, this position is responsible for providing Desktop IT support to end-users for customers across Singapore.
2. Role & Responsibilities

What you get to do in this role:
• End-user 1st Level support and orientation
• Investigate, troubleshoot and solve incidents/service requests for hardware, software and network;
• Deploy, configure, upgrade and maintain workstations, laptops, printers & networking equipment;
• Keep hardware and software inventory up to date, maintain hardware warranties;
• Plan and maintain back-ups, restore files as required;
• Ensure any incident and service request is fully recorded, managed and tracked on ITSM platform (ITIL practices);
• Work closely with 2nd level support to provide information and status to handover the incidents/requests.

3. Desired Experience
You should be familiar with the following set of technologies
• OS: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 - Setting up and installing PCs
• Mail Server: Exchange 2010 and 2013, Office 365
• Server: Windows server 2008, 2012, Active Directory
• Network: LAN, WIFI
• Backup: Symantec, NetBackup, Azure, AWS
Being aware of these technologies is a plus
• Private Cloud: VMware, VSphere
• Public Cloud: AWS, Azure
• Virtualisation: Hyper-V
4. Education
• College diploma or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 3 year relevant technical experience in a technical support team
• Communication and customer service skills, willing to learn and grow
• Excellent diagnostic, problem solving skills and approach with the ability to prioritize, organize in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of Network, Windows, Computer, Printers, Office applications
• ITIL certification and Service now experience are a plus
• English is compulsory to liaise with management and expert support level
