- Job Description
- Support to prepare ASEAN Sourcing Strategy by studying the local content requirements, Supplier Manufacturing Capabilities and Supply Chain Optimisation
- Support to prepare Trucks Asia’s Commodity & Sourcing Strategy Presentations
- Preparation and alignment of project management relevant activities such as timelines, decision documents, briefing documents and minutes with the respective stakeholders
- Independent clarification of technical and/or business relevant backgrounds with Daimler Global team (Especially with Japan & India); including visual preparation/presentation.
- Preparation of management level reports to present relevant findings & support in preparing frequent top management status presentations.
- Basic knowledge on purchasing and Finance & controlling
- Basic knowledge about products of Daimler Trucks; in particular Daimler Trucks Asia.
- Meeting management, document preparation, assignment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, procurement, supply chain & finance supporting functions
- Good communication skills & Experience in making the management reports and presentations
- Basic financial knowledge to conduct the supplier’s financial evaluation risk and analyse the localisation business case
- Good Knowledge on MS Office, especially on PowerPoint, MS Excel & MS Access
- Analytical and conceptual abilities
- Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
