Logistics support in day to day operations of the company in terms of Order Processing. Responsibilities include, 1) Keying in inventory control 2) Creating new vendor code 3) Processing Purchase Order 4) Preparing delivery documentations 5) Following up on the status of delivery 6) Invoicing customers 7) Preparing commercial/packing list for shipment for export customers 8) Arranging for insurance coverage for goods 9) Liaising with transport company/courier 10) Following up with the customers to confirm the shipment status The selected Intern can expect to learn the following from her position..... ? ACCPAC Accounting software ? Communications skills ?¡ìC both internal / external parties ? Negotiating skills ?¡ìC with the principals/vendors/customers & etc. ? Import & Export regulations ?
