Job Description

Accepted Candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Handling emails and telephone calls with good business etiquette
- Supporting Daily Business Operations of the education business
- Delivering good customer service standards
- Communicating and liaising with Clients
- Matching of educators with students/parents
- Provide sound consultation with clients based on learning needs/requirements

Interns can expect to:
- Understand the dynamics of Business Administration
- Improve their business communication skills
- Develop new insights and knowledge about cutting-edge, new age IT systems in the market

Requirements:
