======= Job Scope =======

The person will be working with the Customer Service Manager and be highly involved in the following aspects of the business:

•Provide professional customer service

•First point of contact to answer all product and services enquiries

•Keep customers informed of request status and progress

•Able to provide solutions to customers and to direct customers to relevant channels of support when necessary.

•Record all feedback received, so that it can be forwarded to the relevant channels for improvement

•To manage, coordinate and resolve incidents & service requests as quickly as possible, drive improvements

•Make initial assessment of requests, attempting to resolve them or refer them to someone who can, based on agreed service levels

• Excellent customer service skills

• Highly communicative and pleasant personality

• Adept in MS office and PowerPoint presentations
