Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to develop skincare and other beauty and wellness products
Responsible for sourcing raw materials for product development
Responsible for new product development and brand extension
Manage and maintain product development charts, submissions logs and various organizational documents throughout entire development process
Provide assistance for obtaining data on relevant marketplace to identify trends (packaging, ingredients etc).
Run reports on industry data
Active participation/presentation in brainstorming meetings for new concepts and products

Requirements:
Possess Diploma or Degree in Pharma/Lifescience/ Chemistry or any other related field
Candidates with Diploma in Perfumery and Cosmetics Science are advantageous.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills to convey ideas verbally, visually and in writing
Good self-discipline
