We are hiring for MC Payment Malaysia ! Are you looking for an exciting career in the payments industry?
- Assist customers with their inquiries ranging from products and services to complaints through email, letters, faxes and paper escalations from other departments within the stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Work with inter-departments to assist customers in resolving service and/or technical related problems;
- Provide customers with solutions or alternatives that will ensure customers’ satisfaction;
- Provide feedback on customer issues,process and procedure issues for further improvement;
- Support ad-hoc projects;
- Perform day to day operation;
- Provide technical trouble-shooting and customer service on client''s range of products at customers’ premises;
- Work as a team with internal and external co-workers;
- Take follow-up action on outstanding issues, in a timely manner;
- POS terminal and software setting up and installation,also field visit to customer premises;
- Attending to customers / user fault call via telephone, remote access software and on-site support;
- Server and Software management including configuration, administration, migration and upgrading;
- Other IT related jobs as assigned by supervisor, Director.
Customer Service Officer

Pre – Requisites :
- Diploma / ITC / NTC in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or relevant
- Technical background desirable;
- Customer oriented, with the passion to serve and understand customer needs;
- 1 - 2 years working experience in related field;
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, OS and Application Software;
- Attend on-site support, helpdesk support;
- Must support Merchant Retail hours;
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required;
