Job Description

The roleis to provide professional and comprehensive reception service and to provide administrative support to the senior administrative team in their day to day business operations.
The ideal candidate would possess:


* Office Administration Skills (some working experience in administration preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Good communication skills
The ideal candidate:


* Is able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Is well-organised and able to act on their own initiative
* Has a flexible and cooperative approach to tasks
* Is able to work with the utmost confidentiality and discretion

* Is able to work in a multicultural environment

The responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to the following:


* Responsible for the smooth operation of reception desk, handling incoming calls, e-mails and faxes, providing a fully comprehensive reception service to all visitors

      * Responsible for the processing all outgoing and incoming mail and couriers
* Assist in the organisation of all events/hospitality
* Responsible of replenishment of office pantry items and stationery.
* Ensure smooth running and upkeep of office equipment
* General administrative duties as appropriate
* Maintenance of client files and filing cabinet
* Photocopying/Scanning as required

* Data entry
