MetroResidences – Front Desk Intern

We are looking for interns that are passionate about entrepreneurship and obtaining practical work experience on the ground operations. During their course of internship, they will learn to assist the front desk team on daily operations as well as customer relations. They will ensure that new directives are properly communicated and executed by working with their direct managers.We need someone who thrives in a fast paced working environment, enjoys interacting with people and has a pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Check in and Check out of guests, answering customer enquires and scheduling with housekeeping
• Work with front desk team to find learnings from real life situations to set and improve metric-based goals; consistently drive teams towards higher performance and quality expectations
• Enhance Customer Experience project to improve guest experiences

• Proactive mindset in finding ways to enhance procedures and systems.
• Quick thinking to implement solutions to problems
• Entrepreneurial Spirit to accept challenges and propose feasible solutions
• Good interpersonal skills to work within a close knitted team setting, as well as interacting with guests
  Commitment:
  - 4 weekday, 1 weekend work week
  - Shift based 8am-4pm or 2pm-10pm
