Your Task
Respond to sales enquiries that come in via phone or email, and where needed, provide prospective customers with quotations and follow up in a timely manner
Understanding clients' requirements and proposing best fit solutions/modules to improve customer's operations
Converting leads given into sales, by speaking persuasively to clients and propose upselling and cross-selling where possible.
Winning new business and generating repeat business by building and maintaining a positive and close relationship with potential and existing clients.
Assisting technical and finance department for project deployment and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 1-3 years sales experience
Knowledge in IT solutions
Experience in creating and giving confident presentations
Proven ability to achieve sales target
Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin is a must
