With supervision, develops and executes effective public relations programs for the clients to which he/ she is assigned. Responsible for general writing, research and coordination acitivies within a designated account team.
Responsbilities:
- Understand client businss and is capable of managing program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluaton
- Sets priorities and manages workload
- Insure workable proposals and client receptiivty to programs
- Writing, proof reading and editing
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Demonstrates innovative ideas which coincide with marketing objectives
- Researches and develops budget, as directed
- Particpates in brainstorming sessons
- Prepares and updates activity reports
- Recognizes circumstances that can lead to unfavorable budget variances and insures unbillable expenses are kept minimal
- Provides support, sometimes on-site for client events
- keeps supervisor and client aware of account statues at all times
- Execellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proritize
- Attention to details
- Ability to handle multiple assignments / projects
- Demonstrate superior organizational skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Be proactive to find solutions
- Communicate well with senior and junior staff members
- Meet deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and an ability to juggle more then one account successfully
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience
