Being a youth-centric organisation, 4PM hopes to reach out to the children, youth and families through the Experience, Develop, Grow, and Enrich (EDGE) approach. They provide holistic community engagement services in areas including youth development, mentoring, and casework and counselling services. Job Description
Case Management
¢Maintain
regular contacts with clients under Extra Mile
¢Update
case registration book and records
¢To assist
TL during PES reporting
Community Service
¢To call
beneficiaries to monitor on their progress and update on the database
¢Refer
beneficiaries to other helping agencies if need to
¢To write
letters and call beneficiaries to attend workshops or activities
¢To
conduct impact assessment for post row
Youthwork
¢Co
facilitate programmes e.g. workshops and outdoor activities
¢To assist
lead staff to follow up with case
recordings and other admin duties post activities
Marcom
¢To
provide content ideas / articiles for 4PM’s
publication
¢Assist
Manager with general operations of events
Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
