Case Management
¢Maintain regular contacts with clients under Extra Mile¢Update case registration book and records¢To assist TL during PES reportingCommunity Service
¢To call beneficiaries to monitor on their progress and update on the database¢Refer beneficiaries to other helping agencies if need to¢To write letters and call beneficiaries to attend workshops or activities¢To conduct impact assessment for post rowYouthwork
¢Co facilitate programmes e.g. workshops and outdoor activities¢To assist lead staff to follow up with case recordings and other admin duties post activitiesMarcom
¢To provide content ideas / articiles for 4PM’s publication¢Assist Manager with general operations of eventsAny other duties assigned by Supervisor
