4PM is a voluntary welfare organisation providing social, welfare, educational and youth services to clients from various backgrounds. Being a youth-centric organisation, 4PM hopes to reach out to the children, youth and families through the Experience, Develop, Grow, and Enrich (EDGE) approach. They provide holistic community engagement services in areas including youth development, mentoring, and casework and counselling services. To date, 4PM has conceptualised and implemented several programmes that are targeted at different groups of youth, ranging from primary school to secondary school students, mainstream youths, as well as ITE students. · Help to plan and carry out activities with Youth as assigned by the Manager
· Get updates from mentors regularly
· Reaching out to youth by making contact and building rapport with them
· Co facilitate programmes e.g. Workshops, groupwork and outdoor activities
· Maintain regular contacts with clients under Extra Mile
· To meet weekly with manager for supervision
· To provide verbal or written reports on the work as required
· To attend meetings when required
· Any other matters
